This 55 and older community is situated on 610-acres. Residents enjoy amenities such as an 18-hole championship golf course, two clubhouses, a fitness center, tennis courts, pools, and a medical center. Our project includes the construction of a 21,400 square foot administration building as well as renovations to one of the clubhouses. Construction consists of concrete cast-in-place walls and slab on grade. Roof framing is metal decking over bar joists, supported by steel beams and columns.
