Bay Haven Elementary School
Bay Haven Elementary was established in 1926. Maintaining the historical integrity was important for the renovations. During the first phase, Snell designed and detailed concrete floor repairs across a majority of the first and second levels of the main building. The second phase consisted of building envelope repairs. The two-story building north of the main building was experiencing failures of the stucco to masonry bond. After a site visit, Snell provided detailed plans for the removal and repair of the areas that had failed.
