The Nolen is a 23 story boutique luxury condominium tower located in the heart of downtown St Petersburg, just one block from Beach Drive. Designed as a high rise residential building with 31 exclusive residences, the project brings a distinctive architectural presence to the city skyline. Residences begin above the parking levels and are complemented by a dedicated amenity floor and outdoor terrace overlooking the city and waterfront.

Snell Engineering provided structural engineering services for the project, which consists of over 110,000 total square feet. The structure is designed using concrete post tensioned floor plates supported by concrete columns and shear walls, delivering an efficient and resilient system well suited for a coastal high rise environment.
