The Ranch Grill was designed to be the go-to sports hangout for the Lakewood Ranch area. With 20 TV always playing the most important games it’s easy to understand why locals flock there. Construction of the new restaurant was primarily masonry walls supporting engineered steel bar joist roof. Light gauge framing was utilized to pronounce the facade of the building and allow it to stand out from a distance.
