Located in Plantsville, Connecticut, the LiveWell campus provides support for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias. The scope of this project consists of new housing, The River Homes, for people that require limited support, a Center for Resilient Living for adult day programming, renovations and additions to the Memory Care Facility, and a new Maintenance building with an attached greenhouse.
