The Clark-Lindsey Village in Urbana, Illinois broke ground in 1977. The latest expansion to their community includes eight Independent Living Villas, a three-story Independent Living apartment building, and a three-story Assisted Living Memory Care apartment building. The new IL apartments also incorporates a wellness and social center that is complete with fitness spaces, a bistro, and an auditorium. Construction consists of cast-in-place concrete, wood framed walls, and pre-engineered wood joists and trusses.
